Scope of the practice

This practice covers legal advice to company management, boards of directors and shareholders' meetings, through the active participation of our lawyers, whether as advisers to the board or as secretary of the minutes.

In accordance with management's instructions, our firm generally prepares all the background information and legal documentation required to hold and approve board and shareholders' meetings, and is responsible for keeping the books and records of the company — or of any other type of association in which our clients participate — fully up to date.

Our lawyers have extensive experience advising on a wide range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, business purchases, joint ventures, inbound and outbound investment in Chile, shareholders' agreements, business collaboration contracts and other contractual corporate structures, as well as conducting due diligence for a variety of commercial operations.
