Tomás Contreras
Tomás is a partner at SIV Abogados. His practice focuses on corporate and finance law, mergers and acquisitions, and insolvency, both in formal proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. He advises Chilean and foreign companies on capital structuring transactions and supports boards in strategic decision-making. He also has experience in dispute resolution and complex arbitrations, and is a listed arbitrator of the Santiago Court of Appeals. His approach is to become part of each client's activity, with comprehensive advice and a long-term relationship.
