Founding Partner
Mauricio Saldivia
Mauricio is a founding partner of SIV Abogados and has focused his practice on finance and commercial law, advising Chilean and foreign companies as well as banks and financial institutions. He has advised major foreign-owned businesses and currently manages several investment funds. He also serves as a director of a number of commercial companies and non-profit institutions.
