Juan Eduardo Saldivia
Juan Eduardo is a founding partner of SIV Abogados. He served as Superintendent of Sanitary Services (1996–2006) and Undersecretary of Public Works (2006–2010), and chaired ADERASA, the association of water and sanitation regulators of the Americas, and COPSA, the Chilean association of public infrastructure concessionaires. His practice focuses on administrative and regulatory law, natural monopolies, environmental, natural resources and water law, and public infrastructure and concessions. He advises clients on public-private relations, dispute resolution, crisis management and dealings with the public administration.
