Cristóbal Saldivia
Cristóbal is a partner at SIV Abogados. His practice focuses on real estate law, personal data protection, compliance and corporate governance, and succession planning. He acts as external counsel to Banco de Chile and Banco BICE. In recent years he has specialised in advising companies on implementing frameworks to prevent breaches in the processing and protection of personal data, in line with Chile's Law No. 21,719.
